Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure and residential projects for municipalities, city engineers, federal agencies, and private developers. Skilled in managing projects from bid through closeout, including multiple city contracts, Hill Air Force Base initiatives, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers assignments. Extensive experience with Build America, Buy America (BABA) compliant materials and requirements.
